Media Matters Inc. and its properties adhere to the highest standards in assuring our customers’ privacy. All information relating to customers’ accounts, transactions and correspondence are handled with discretion and absolute confidentiality.


Protecting your personal information


“Personal information” is information about you that is personally identifiable and not otherwise publicly available, such as your home address, personal email address or phone number.
“Personal information” does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number or email address of an employee of an organization.
We respect our clients and their information, and do not collect any more personal information than reasonably necessary to enable them to learn about, request or participate in the services we offer, and to provide those services.
Any personal information collected by Media Matters Inc. and its properties is transaction related, and indicated as “requested” by the individual. Customers voluntarily and knowingly submit relevant personal details in order to guarantee delivery and receive correspondence relating to specific products.
We do not use techniques that collect personal information about you without your knowledge. When you browse our web sites, you are anonymous and no personal information is being collected.
