OAKLAND, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Independent Investment Bankers Corp. (“IIB”) is pleased to announce that David Roberts, a FINRA licensed investment banker with IIB and member of FOCUS Advisors, assisted Carolina Auto Body with the sale of their company and its 7 locations to Classic Collision. The acquisition brings Classic Collision to 34 locations in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and now Florida.

Carolina Auto Body owner, Cooper Faassen and the Faassen family had witnessed the success of David Roberts and FOCUS Advisors with many collision industry transactions over the past five years and decided to use them to assist with this transaction.
