Ryder Honors Mexican Trucking Companies for Service Excellence during Tenth Annual Recognition Event

MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R), a leader in commercial fleet management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain solutions, presented its Service Excellence Awards to top-performing carriers at its tenth annual Mexican Carrier Recognition Event at the JW Marriot Santa Fe in Mexico City. Twenty-three Mexican trucking companies were recognized for their excellence in several key performance areas, such as safety and security, on-time performance, customer service, and continuous improvement for the last full calendar year.

Ryder works with a wide range of carrier companies in Mexico. The carrier companies were evaluated according to four major criteria: safety and security, on-time performance, customer service, and continuous improvement for the last full calendar year. For the 2019 period, 214 companies were evaluated of which twenty-three were recognized. The following were the Ryder Service Excellence Awards honorees:
