SEVEN Concours, Powered by Silverstone Auctions, Brings the Riyadh Car Show Auction 2019 to Global Bidders via Proxibid

OMAHA, Neb.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#auctionProxibid, the most trusted way to connect buyers and sellers of highly valued items, has been selected as the exclusive provider of online bidding for the SEVEN Concours, powered by Silverstone Auctions. This is the first time an auction featuring a collection of such provenance has taken place in the GCC. The live auction will take place Friday, November 22 at 3:00 pm Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3) at Janadriyah Cultural & Heritage Festival Venue, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with live online bidding commencing at that time on Proxibid.

The Riyadh Car Show is the most important automotive event in the Middle East and features 45 of the rarest and most sought-after vehicles available for sale anywhere in the world. Leading collectors and enthusiasts from across the globe will be on-hand as rare hypercars, supercars, and classic cars cross the auction block. In some instances, the vehicles up for bid have never been seen at auction, including the iconic homologation special Ferrari 288 GTO and the McLaren P1 XP Carbon Series, one of only five built. Other featured vehicles up for bid in this auction are:

  • 2010 Ferrari 599 GTZ Zagato Nibbio Spyder: This Ferrari is Zagato’s vision of how 599GTB should look and is one of only nine produced. With just 10,477 km, this vehicle has not been driven since it was sent to Zagato to be converted to a Nibbio.
  • 2017 Pagani Zonda Riviera: This vehicle is based on a Zonda F and was recreated by the factory as a one-off Riviera. It is KSA registered with less than 900 km and is believed to be the only one in the world.
  • 2010 Bugatti Veyron Nocturne: The Nocturne was one of three special editions created to celebrate 100 years of Bugatti. This vehicle is one of only five Veyrons built exclusively for the Middle Eastern market and has only 1,500 km from new.
  • 2013 Gumpert Apollo S: This vehicle is one of only 13 produced and may be the last from the production line before the company filed for bankruptcy in August 2013. This Apollo S has not been driven and shows delivery mileage only.
