TPC Wire & Cable Introduces HY-TREX® Cable Solutions

MACEDONIA, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TPC Wire & Cable Corp. (TPC) announced today that it has introduced a line of wire and cable products designed to support the needs of its OEM customer base. The HY-TREX® cable family includes a complete portfolio of options for motor power and control applications where consistent quality, performance, and availability are crucial for the industrial automation market.

This product expansion includes solutions that provide long-life performance in static and flexing applications routinely subjected to mechanical abuse. The HY-TREX® Motor Power Series (MP500) is ideal for applications commanding resilience and longevity during continuous flexing, torsion and twisting. Available in a variety of shielded and unshielded options, the MP500 series is offered from 18 AWG up to 4/0 AWG; with 3, 4 and 5 conductors. The HY-TREX® Control and Instrumentation Series (CI500) was designed for control, I/O circuitry and low voltage applications that are abused during industrial automation operations. The CI500 series is available from 18 AWG to 14 AWG, up to 25 conductors standard, and the 12 – 10 AWG with up to 9 conductors standard.

Developed to satisfy a unique blend of performance, regulatory and distribution requirements, these highly flexible and durable cables are Tray cable rated (TC-ER), UL recognized and listed, and offer resistance to abrasion, extreme temperatures, UV and oils.
