Markus Hockenson Appointed as Chief Executive Officer
DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#expresscarwashes–International Car Wash Group (ICWG), the global leader in the car wash industry, this week announced the appointment of industry veteran Markus Hockenson as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Hockenson replaces Tom Mangas who has decided to pursue other opportunities after a short transition period.
Hockenson brings over 25 years of both domestic and international leadership experience in multi-unit consumer brands. Most recently he was President and Chief Executive Officer for Vision Group Holdings.

Previously, Hockenson was Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at both TBC Corporation and Advance Auto Parts and has worked with Fortune 500 companies ranging from Starbucks Coffee Company to Enterprise Holdings International. While at TBC Corp (Midas, Tire Kingdom), Hockenson introduced and led an M&A strategy with a focus on local, independent businesses where he was able to successfully expedite growth. Hockenson received his BA Degree from the University of California, Davis.
