Are you a top performer? Do you want to join an organization where your skills are valued and you are encouraged to build them and become even better? Do you want the opportunity to move up and take on more responsibility? If you answered yes, Speedy Collision might have the keys to your future.

Like-minded individuals pursuing a common goal are one of the most powerful forces in the world! We’re the founders of Speedy Collision, Terry Allen and Paul Hookham, and we’ve demonstrated this with two businesses successes. The first was a successful risk management software company, which we sold in early 2008. The second was to serve the collision repair industry with Speedy Collision Repair Corporate. We saw an opportunity in the collision repair industry to apply Terry’s information technology and customer service background and Paul’s corporate finance and business compliance discipline.

With a focus on the customer experience, we realized early on that small improvements had dramatic effects for the customer. Internally, effective communication, setting customer expectations and customer service training were critical success factors in developing a sustainable model.

This overall approach is combined with the latest equipment; shop estimating, management customer facing software and best in class paint systems. The success of the first two locations has allowed us to rollout the next stage. While continuing to greenfield new sites, we launched turnkey franchise opportunities that ensured the platform was successfully deployed and profitably run. Speedy Collision soon grew to nine shops in Alberta and expanded the customer base to include the largest insurers and fleet customers in the province. Today there are over 20 locations and growing, operating in three provinces.

Speedy Collision’s core values are Customer Satisfaction, Courtesy and Ethics, Professional Conduct and Results. Our culture is positioned around our people, community and the environment. Commitment to the Lean Production Process facilitates this and ensures efficiencies are realized. This is achieved through a combination of continuous improvement, waste reduction and overall compliance to standard operating procedures and health and safety standards. We invest heavily in our people through training including

I-CAR Gold certification for our facilities and a world-class benefit program which continues to make us the employer of choice. Speedy Collision can bring you new opportunities. There are Speedy Collision franchises operating in three provinces, and we’re growing all the time. A growing network means opportunity for our team members to grow as well. We’re always looking for great technicians and painters to join our team, and we believe very strongly in the principle of recruiting from within.

At Speedy Collision, we know that today’s superstar tech may be tomorrow’s superstar manager or franchisee. We encourage all of our staff to reach as high as they can. Our team members enjoy numerous opportunities to build their skills through training, an excellent benefit package and the chance to move up. More to the point, they enjoy a corporate culture that puts the focus where it really belongs: the customer.

The Speedy Collision Performance Repair Network is positioned to lead the way. Do you have what it takes to join us?
